The news seems to be partly true, because the threat of war is not as likely as the article suggests. Unfortunately, despite the pessimistic tone of the news, that was indeed the reality at that moment. Trump took a strong stance against NATO and showed Europe that it can essentially only rely on itself. The same goes for Ukraine—while it still receives support from the U.S., it is no longer as certain as it was under Joe Biden’s candidacy. As the former NATO chief said, Europe is now doubly forced to support Ukraine. However, the threat of a global war is merely a speculative forecast, which is why I can't consider the article to be 100% accurate. It seems to be trying to fuel fear about the coming years.
