The article is absolutely fake news, as there is no text at all to explain the title, that is, a citizen reveals a fraud regarding the fuel pass. Only some photos are attached without giving a clear explanation and without proving the fraud that is supposed to be happening. Finally, the photos are blurry and may have been photoshopped.
