The issue arose when a user posted images of discount coupons in Polish (10% off) and Ukrainian (15% off). Some redactors contacted Reserved in that case. The company clarified that the higher discount was intended for the Ukrainian market, which means the discount will work only for the online shipping in Ukraine. That's part of their diversified pricing policies in many countries they operate in. Inclusion of the Ukrainian flier in a Polish package was a mistake. Thus, the claim of nationality-based discrimination is false.The veracity of the promotional campaign has been verified through other online sources.
